Lukas DeLorenzo

Lukas DeLorenzo is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. After receiving his B.S. in Kinesiology at Penn State University, Dr. Luke completed his DPT from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. During his time at Penn State, he was a four-year member of the Men’s Ice Hockey team and had the honor of representing Team USA in the World University Games in 2007 and 2009. Dr. Luke’s treatment methodology encompasses a diverse approach utilizing the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Australian-based manual therapy techniques such as Maitland and Mulligan, as well as McKenzie MDT. Additionally, his background as a strength coach and kinesiologist provides him with a wide range of therapeutic exercise approaches to correct and enhance movement. Dr. Luke is also a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified medical and fitness professional through which he specializes in the rehabilitation and performance enhancement of golfers. The TPI system provides an in-depth view as to which physical characteristics may be limiting the golfer’s performance and is utilized by 22 of the top 35 players in the world. Dr. Luke is the only medical and fitness Level 3 certified professional in southern Monmouth and northern Ocean Counties. Dr. Luke is passionate about using a comprehensive evidence-based approach that focuses on optimizing movement. Moreover, the goal is not only to return patients and clients to their prior level of function but also to work with each individual to give them the power and education to surpass their expectations.
