Lauryn has been a lifelong resident of the Jersey Shore. At a young age she found a love for gymnastics, which unfortunately came with a love for injuring herself. Bouncing in and out of physical therapy she quickly became interested in the field and knew that was the career when she wanted to pursue. After graduating from Red Bank Catholic, where she competed on the gymnastics and cheerleading teams, she headed further down the east coast to The University of Miami. There she continued to follow the path towards becoming a PT and worked with the Miami football team as an aide. She graduated in May of 2021 with a Bachelors Degree in Health Science. After moving back home and taking time to prepare for grad school, she’s thrilled to join the COAST team and give people the same experience she was given as a patient.
