
Richard (RJ) Bohnert
(PT, DPT, CSCS, USA-W2)
Richard (RJ) Bohnert is a graduate of West Chester University, PA with a B.S. in Exercise Science and a graduate of Stockton University, NJ Doctor of Physical Therapy program. During his undergraduate studies, RJ was able to assist with sports performance of the collegiate athletic teams which led him to pass the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) exams as well as receiving the USA-Weightlifting Level 2 certification. Along his journey of being a strength & conditioning coach, RJ has worked with clientele throughout the life spectrum. Ultimately leading him to continue his education and become a Physical Therapist. The combination of physical therapy and performance training with a high level of empathy towards clients & athletes allows for the ultimate experience. RJ’s aspirations are to spread the notion that Exercise is Medicine; to find strategies to allow everyone to enjoy what they love to do as long as they can so they can enjoy the many health benefits of staying active and optimize their quality of life through movement.
